This privacy notice only refers to the data we collect when taking a booking or enquiry. We will never automatically add you to any mailing lists when you contact us by email. If you have signed up to our mailing list at any point in the past (pre- May 2018) you will be asked to re-give consent. You will only get emails for marketing purposes in the future if you have opted in to receive these.

If you provide any payment details by phone these will be shredded after immediate payment is taken.

We do use social media (Facebook, Instagram) to promote our business. This is controlled by you the customer, deciding to follow us directly or to view our content. These services may collect information from you. We are not responsible for the security or privacy of any of the information collected by these third parties.
CCTV
When using our venue your image may be captured on our CCTV system. This data is stored for a period of three months for security, prevention of crime and health and safety purposes. We would pass this information on if it is legally required. Example we are asked by police following a specific incident or potential crime.
